SEG has guided commercial centers across Arizona from the first site plan through construction, including grocery-anchored shopping centers for the Barclay Group at Hudson Station, Gladden Farms, Morrison Ranch, and Harvest Grove. We lay out pad sites, shops buildings, drive-throughs, and fuel centers so each lot works on its own while the center works as a whole, and we coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and access through each jurisdiction's review process. When tenants change or new pads come online, we return for site plan amendments that keep the center moving without starting over.
