Ali Fakih founded SEG International based the principle "LEEDing and Developing Smart Projects." He is committed to continuous research and contributions to LEED principles of civil engineering. Since its establishment in 2009, SEG has grown significantly, quickly expanding into all sectors of land development. SEG's success is attributed to its well developed business plan, which blends SEG's two highest priorities: customer relations and horizontal diversification.
