At the southeast corner of Val Vista Drive and Germann Road in Gilbert, Harvest Grove is a new high-end, mixed-use commercial and retail destination of approximately 47 acres, anchored by a Fry's grocery store with a fuel center and complemented by a curated mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment spaces. The center forms the regional commercial core of the broader Harvest Grove master-planned community, a roughly 323-acre transformation of former agricultural land into a neighborhood of up to 1,850 homes, parks, and trails, and sits among established neighborhoods, Perry High School, and Mercy Point Medical Center.
Working for the Barclay Group, our team is delivering the full civil package. Our surveyors prepared an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey and a topographic and boundary survey with one-foot contours, and are preparing the Final Plat to Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County Recorder standards. Our preliminary civil engineering established the drainage, wastewater, and domestic water strategy for the site, and our final civil engineering carries it into construction documents: grading and drainage plans with retention and detention systems, water and sanitary sewer plans, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and final water and sewer reports. The water system is modeled for average day, maximum day, maximum day plus fire flow, and peak hour scenarios, and the water and sewer designs are packaged for separate submittal to the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County Environmental Services so utility approvals can move independently of the overall site plans.
During construction, our team provides construction administration, including shop drawing review, pre-construction coordination, written clarifications, a final punch list, and a completion review of all site civil work, giving the client one consistent civil team from survey through close-out.
