At the southeast corner of North 78th Street and East Camelback Road in Scottsdale, the Gentry on the Green project is transforming a 41.5-acre site into a multi-phase, multifamily residential community anchored by retail and a publicly accessible paseo. The design weaves in bicycle and pedestrian amenities, public art, and direct connections to the Indian Bend Wash trail, alongside offsite roadway improvements, environmental permitting, and utility redesigns. Our team, working for developer ColRich, handled final platting, a utility easement abandonment, civil engineering, survey, and construction management, including a land use change from "Group C" to "Group E" classification. The project launched in January 2020 and continues today.
