Located at the western corner of South River Parkway and East Conference Drive, the ASU Research Park project supports Arizona State University's broader sustainability mission as one of its six Innovation Zones. Delivered in three phases between November 2021 and October 2024, the work included topographic survey, site planning and investigation, preliminary and final civil plans, and dry utility coordination across an 18-acre site. The Research Park itself is built around water-conscious landscaping with timed irrigation and light controls, alongside a broader sustainability program that includes energy management systems, recycling, solar power, LED lighting upgrades, electric vehicle charging stations, high-efficiency HVAC, lighting sensors, and upgraded low-E glass. Phase one alone added three new buildings along with supporting landscape areas, sidewalks, and parking structures, for clients Viasat and SCA Architecture.
