Key Responsibilities

Develop engineering plan sets and construction documents using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Prepare and support the development of design drawings, technical specifications, reports, and complete project deliverables for a variety of engineering projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, high-quality engineering solutions.
Apply sound engineering judgment to perform technical analyses, establish design assumptions, and support engineering decisions with minimal supervision.
Work independently while proactively seeking technical guidance and support when necessary.
Review and provide constructive feedback on engineering work prepared by other team members to ensure project quality, accuracy, and compliance with design standards.
Contribute ideas, innovative solutions, and technical recommendations to support successful project execution.
Identify, evaluate, and assist in resolving technical challenges throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Support the continuous improvement of engineering design processes and project delivery standards.
Actively contribute to project execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable engineering practices.
